UnderMinute is a video-splitting utility for iPhone (iOS 18.0+). It works entirely on your device. Your videos never leave your phone.

1. Data we collect

We do not collect personal data.

• We don’t ask for your name, email, phone number, location, or any identifier
• No account creation or login
• No analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs

2. Data stored on your device

UnderMinute stores data only on your iPhone:

• Video clips you create (saved to your Photos library)
• Temporary files during processing (automatically cleaned up)

This data never leaves your device.

3. Subscriptions

UnderMinute Pro is an optional subscription managed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We use RevenueCat to validate subscription status.

• RevenueCat receives an anonymous device identifier to check entitlement status
• No personal information is shared — no name, no email, no video content
• Payment processing is handled by Apple; we never see your payment details

4. Connectivity

UnderMinute connects to the internet only to verify your subscription status via RevenueCat. No video data or personal information is transmitted.

5. Third-party sharing

We do not share data with third parties. The only external service is RevenueCat for subscription management, which receives only an anonymous identifier.

6. Security

Your data stays on your device, protected by iOS security features including device passcode, Face ID, and app sandboxing.

7. Children’s privacy

UnderMinute does not collect data from anyone, including children. The app is safe for users of all ages.

8. Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, the changes will be posted on this page with a new date.
